CAN MY IMMERSION BE EXTENDED AFTER I ARRIVE IN KAINCHI?
We expect the 3 Immersions to be sold out, so if you want to be sure to have a space please reserve it now.
In the event a space becomes available and you decide to be part of another complete Immersion while being in Kainchi, you may be able to do so contingent upon prior approval.
The rate in effect at the time of Registration for a pre-approved second Immersion is payable in advance and can be paid in India in U.S. dollars or charged to your credit card in U.S. dollars. Additional travel or other expenses resulting from adding a second Immersion are to be borne by the participant.
CAN I CHANGE MY IMMERSION DATES AFTER I APPLY?
We ask that you carefully choose the dates for your Immersion; however, if you need to change your dates after you apply, your new Registration request will be contingent upon availability of space for the new dates. A change of Immersion dates will be treated as a cancellation and a new registration will be required.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Should you need to cancel your registration, kindly notify us in writing and refer to the Cancellation policy outlined in the Terms and Conditions of your Registration Form, also stated at the bottom of our main retreat page.
Retreat deposits are non-refundable.
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR MY GRACE & SADHANA IMMERSION?
PRE-REGISTRATION
Space is limited to 22 people on each immersion.
- One (1) $300 non-refundable deposit saves your spot for IMMERSIONS 1 , 2 or 3.
- Two (2) $300 non-refundable deposits save your spot for the MONTH-LONG IMMERSION. Please select from the PayPal drop-down button below (either Immersions 1 & 2 OR Immersions 2 & 3).
IMPORTANT: Send us an email to info(at)skillsforawakening.com with the following information:
- your full name,
- contact information (email address and phone number),
- selected immersion dates,
- are you interested in joining us for the ADD-ON excursion to Varanasi?
- let us know how did you know about our retreat,
- what moved you to joining,
- are you familiar with Maharajji Neem Karoli Baba and,
- if you are or not familiar with HeartSourcing.
This plus the non-refundable deposit, will complete your pre-registration process.
A complete Registration Form will be provided along with the balance-due payment instruction to complete your registration. A waiting list will be issued in the event we have an overflow on our pre-registration. Your balance due needs to be received at least 2 months before your retreat date, otherwise we will assume that your spot can be given to another participant. For cancellation policies, please refer to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY RETREAT?
Payment in U.S. dollars by check, credit card or PayPal can be made. To pay with credit card or PayPal please use the “Pay Now” button available in the main retreat page.
If you want to pay the balance of your stay, you may use PayPal, credit card or check. To pay by credit card or PayPal, please go to the main event page and use the PAY NOW button provided. If you want to pay by check, please let us know, we will provide you with the necessary information via email.
NOTE: the balance due must be payed two (2) months before your Immersion date, otherwise your spot will be available for another participant.
